Our form host, Netlify, also automatically records the submitting device's IP address and browser user-agent string for spam-prevention purposes. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't ask for any payment or financial information here.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry: to assess your request, give you a quote, and arrange printing, payment, and delivery or collection if you go ahead. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and otherwise rests on our legitimate interest in running a responsive small business. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately opt in, and we never sell your data.
Form submissions are received and stored via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), the service that powers our contact form. Netlify acts as our data processor and may store data on servers outside the European Economic Area, under its own privacy policy and standard contractual safeguards. Photos you upload are stored via Netlify's associated file storage. This site's fonts are served by Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may log your IP address as part of delivering the font files. We don't share your data with any other third party, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
We keep request-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up (typically up to [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] from your last contact with us), after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.
